TOOL BOX TALKS

Field Supervisors should use Toolbox Talks as a guide for discussion during the required weekly safety meetings.

Remember that the weekly meeting should include the items mentioned, but are not limited to these subjects.  The primary purpose of weekly safety meetings is to give the field supervisor and other crewmembers an opportunity to discuss any safety related concerns they may have. Once the meeting is concluded the field supervisor should have each employee sign the form in the spaces provided and return to the office to Kay Smith.

WEEKLY SAFETY MEETINGS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES ARE AN OSHA REQUIREMENT.  IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THEE MEETINGS ARE CONDUCTED EACH WEEK AND THAT ALL FORMS ARE TURNED IN FOR TRACKING PURPOSES.

Below are some topics that you can print and use for your discussions.
