Kelton II is a 5 acre site off Cary Parkway in Morrisville, NC.  This turnkey project consists of all clearing, approximately 22,000 cy of earthwork,  erosion control, as well as over 3,400 cy of curb & gutter, 4,500sy of stone and paving, and 6,500sf of sidewalk.
