The Legends @ Preston is an 18 acre site located off Morrisville Parkway.  A complete turnkey package was performed to include clearing, erosion control, as well as moving over 60,000 cy of dirt.  Also placed on this project was over 13,500 lf of curb & gutter,13,000 tons of stone base and 32,500 sy of paving.
